Viewing PDFs
During your assessment, you may be required to view one or more PDF documents as part of the task instructions or supporting information.
To view a PDF:

Click on the PDF displayed within the assessment interface.

The selected PDF will automatically open as a preview panel on the right-hand side of your screen, allowing you to view the content without leaving the assessment.
This feature is designed to help you easily reference important documents while answering questions or completing tasks.
Having trouble viewing PDFs?
If the PDF preview does not appear:

Check if pop-ups are being blocked. Some browsers or third-party extensions may prevent content from opening within the assessment window.

We recommend disabling any pop-up blockers temporarily while completing your assessment to ensure everything loads correctly.

Make sure your browser is up to date and supported (see How to check your browser version on a laptop and phone for more information).
If problems persist, try refreshing the page or switching to another supported browser.
